What’s your need to Know?
Customers have two types of needs. The first is usually identified however there is also what’s called Unidentified Needs. These can be products or services that they are not aware they need or did not know you can provide them.
Marvin will share with us the importance of conducting a thorough Needs Analysis (Verbal & Visual). You will also learn what areas need to assessed and how to match it up with the correct open-ended question.
Remember that you are not there to do a presentation. Your role is to find out if there is a true need for the products and services you provide by conducting a thorough Needs Analysis and provide a customized solution.
